Distinctions

A special distinction

In addition to the Golden Nymph Awards, recognizing the best programs and talent within the Official Selection, the Festival honors outstanding personalities in the international television and entertainment industry with two prestigious awards, the Honorary Golden Nymph et the Crystal Nymph.

In 2022, the Monte-Carlo TV Festival celebrates youth by creating a new unique award: The International Golden Nymph for Most Promising Talent.

Focus on our master craftpersons

The Festival has always called upon skilled artisans to create the Festival Nymphs, which are awarded to the Competition winners and to the outstanding personalities who receive special awards.

Giancarlo Signoretto

Master glassmaker in Venice

Inspired by the Golden Nymph award, the Venetian master glassmaker Giancarlo Signoretto has been creating the Crystal Nymph since 2016: a trophy that is entirely handmade and a unique piece for each recipient. Giancarlo Signoretto has been working with glass since he was 14 years old. In his studio, he collaborates with artists from around the world to bring these true works of art to life.

Mylord

Engraving company in Monaco

The Mylord company, based in Monaco, is in charge of the design of the Honorary Golden Nymph. Once moulded, the Fonderie de Bronze Lauragaise hands it over to the Mylord company for silvering. Finally, Mr. Sbirazoli implements the finishing touches: the transformation of the support, the fixing for the Honorary Golden Nymph and finally cutting, engraving and gluing the plates.
