Welcome Offices

#OMG Cards

The Festival hostesses will be at your disposal at the Grimaldi Forum :

  • Friday 14 June, from 10:00 to 16:00
  • From Saturday 15 to Monday 17 June, from 9:00 to 17:00

There you can pick up your #OMG cards. Please do not forget to bring a copy of your confirmation email and a valid ID.

Press badge

Once your registration has been validated, you can collect your badge at the Grimaldi Forum Press Desk:

  • Friday 14 June, from 9:00 to 16:00
  • From Saturday 15 to Monday 17 June, from 9:00 to 17:00
  • Tuesday 18 June, from 9:00 to 12:00

Pass PRO badge

Your Pass PRO access will be at your disposal at the Festival Welcoming Desk at the Grimaldi Forum (a valid ID will be requested):

  • From Friday 14 to Monday 17 June, from 9:00 to 19:00

Fan Zone

Fans represent an important component of the festival: everything is done to make them feel comfortable throughout this week of festivities.
The specially designed Fan Zone, located near the photocall and the red carpet, allows you to relax on a deck chair between autograph sessions, grab a bite to eat before moving on to the next public event, or enjoy the entertainment offered after a busy and emotionally charged day.




Ceremonies & Evenings

Access to events:

Access to events is subject to the specific opening hours indicated on the invitation.
Each guest must be in possession of an individual invitation, which will be requested at the event entrance.

Children above 10 years old are admitted to the Ceremonies, accompanied by a parent.

To attend the parties, the minimum age is 16 years old.

Parking:

In order to arrive on time at the Grimaldi Forum, we urge you to allow enough time to arrive comfortably to be sure to get a parking space. There are two car parks conveniently located nearby:

  • Grimaldi Forum car park
  • Larvotto car park, a 5-minute walking distance from the Grimaldi Forum

For security reasons, your bags will be checked at the main entrance of the venue.

We kindly remind you that the doors of the Salle des Princes close promptly 20 minutes before the start of the ceremonies.
Any latecomers will be directed to the auditorium’s balcony even if in possession of a numbered seat.

Cocktail Attire:

  • Gentlemen: Suit & Tie
  • Ladies: Cocktail dress (or skirt/ trousers)

Black Tie:

  • Gentlemen: Suit / Black tie or tuxedo
  • Ladies: Evening dress

Any physical or verbal behavior that undermines or interferes with the smooth running of the event, will result in the immediate exclusion of the guest concerned.

Please respect the dress code on the invitation. Adherence to the appropriate dress code is mandatory or you will be denied access to the event.

By attending, the public authorizes the organizer to film any imagines and use them in promotion related to the Monte-Carlo Television Festival, without any financial contribution in return.
