Welcome Offices

#OMG Cards

The Festival hostesses will be at your disposal at the Grimaldi Forum :

Friday 12 June, from 10:00 to 16:00
From Saturday 13 to Monday 15 June, from 9:00 to 17:00

Please note that this year, your appointment will take place at the FAN ZONE.

There you can pick up your #OMG cards. Please do not forget to bring a copy of your confirmation email and a valid ID.

Press badge

Once your registration has been validated, you can collect your badge at the Grimaldi Forum Press Desk:

Friday 12 June, from 10:00 to 16:00
From Saturday 13 to Monday 15 June, from 9:00 to 17:00
Tuesday 16 June, from 9:00 to 12:00

Pass PRO badge

Your Pass PRO access will be at your disposal at the Festival Welcoming Desk at the Grimaldi Forum (a valid ID will be requested):

From Saturday 13 to Monday 15 June, from 9:00 to 18:00

Fan Zone

From Friday 12th to Monday 15th June 9:00-18:00, and on Tuesday 16th June 9:00-15:00.
During the Festival, the esplanade of the Grimaldi Forum will be transformed into a friendly and lively place entirely dedicated to the Fans.

A relaxing and shaded area to rest between selfies and autographs! Animations will also take place in the Fan Zone all week long... Plus a food truck will be onsite for you to get something to eat and drink before the next event!

Accessibility

Each year, the Monte-Carlo Television Festival strives to improve accessibility for People with Reduced Mobility and People with Disabilities to ensure everyone can enjoy our events in the best possible conditions.

Admission Conditions

Access to events:

Access to events is subject to the specific opening hours indicated on the invitation.
Each guest must be in possession of an individual invitation, which will be requested at the event entrance.

Children above 10 years old are admitted to the Ceremonies, accompanied by a parent.

To attend the parties, the minimum age is 16 years old.

For security reasons, your bags will be checked at the main entrance of the venue.

We kindly remind you that the doors of the Salle des Princes close promptly 20 minutes before the start of the ceremonies.
Any latecomers will be directed to the auditorium’s balcony even if in possession of a numbered seat.

Opening Ceremony and After Party: Business/Festive attire

Ladies: dress is reflected by correct attire for the day/evening. Ladies may wear a suit or a short or mid-length cocktail dress
Gentlemen: blue/gray/black suit with a shirt and tie and dark shoes.

Golden Nymph Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner: Black Tie

Ladies: short or long evening dress
Gentlemen: dark suit or tuxedo, black bow tie.

Public events: Semi-formal attire

Any physical or verbal behavior that undermines or interferes with the smooth running of the event, will result in the immediate exclusion of the guest concerned.

Please respect the dress code on the invitation. Adherence to the appropriate dress code is mandatory or you will be denied access to the event.

By attending, the public authorizes the organizer to film any imagines and use them in promotion related to the Monte-Carlo Television Festival, without any financial contribution in return.

Your stay in Monaco

Access

The Grimaldi Forum has a car park with plenty of parking spaces. Put the following address on your GPS:

Parking vouchers are available at the accreditation and OMG desks for the upcoming Festival.

With a single ticket, the following rates will be charged based on the duration of stay in the GF parking lot:
Up to 3 hours = €6
Up to 4 hours = €9
Up to 10 hours = €15
More than 10 hours = €20

Payment procedure at the automatic cash machines :
Insert the entry ticket taken upon arrival at the parking lot.
Insert the voucher.
Pay the displayed amount, which will be adjusted based on the parking duration.

In order to arrive on time at the Grimaldi Forum, we urge you to allow enough time to arrive comfortably to be sure to get a parking space.

There is another car parks conveniently located nearby:
Larvotto car park, a 5-minute walking distance from the Grimaldi Forum

Average price from the Nice Côte-d'Azur Airport to Monaco Monte-Carlo is €90. The ride lasts about 45 minutes.
